AAPHC is proud to welcome Xiomara Okonkwo, DPM, MS to our growing Podiatry team in Southwest Georgia.

Dr. Okonkwo is a board certified Podiatrist who specializes in advanced wound care/diabetic limb salvage, and fracture care. She also treat patients through biomechanics, orthotic evaluation, and sports medicine. Additionally, Dr. Okonkwo treats and manages foot and ankle injuries through surgery. She prides herself on being able to treat patients through conservative and surgical measures regardless of the pathology.

Dr. Okonkwo received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Howard University, and then went on to complete her Masters of Interdisciplinary Sciences at Touro College. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York.
