Jana Hart Brock, MSN, FNP-C, RDH, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in Family Practice, Primary Care, Correctional Medicine, Vascular, and Urology. She has experience in the management of acute and chronic diseases and implements evidence-based practice into the care of her patients. We are proud to have care for patients in our School-Based Health Centers!
