Family Medicine
Vanessa Kurtz, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing, with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus, from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia. Vanessa is also a clinical instructor of Darton State College in Albany, Georgia and a member of Albany First Baptist Church. We are proud to have Vanessa as part of our AAPHC Family and caring for patients within our School-Based Health Centers!
