Dr. Tracy Rosenbaum completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. She completed residency in 1999 and subsequently joined the staff at Albany Area Primary Health Care.
Dr. Rosenbaum is a Board Certified Family Physician and served as Chairperson of the Department of Family Medicine for Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital from 2009 – 2011. Currently she is the Clinic Director for the Edison Medical Center office. Dr. Rosenbaum is an Assistant Professor at Mercer University School of Medicine, Philadelphia College of Medicine, and the Medical College of Georgia (now Georgia Health Sciences University). She also assists with training for the local residency program. Dr. Rosenbaum has been married for 16 years to her husband, Dr. Michael Sein, who is also a physician with AAPHC and they have one dog. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
